@AirIndiaX the worst experience ever! Firstly you delayed the flight from PNQ to BLR by 3 hours. Then you changed the gate on us without informing us. Then you called me on my mobile (thank god my India service was working) to ask me where I was and if I was traveling to Jaipur!

And you made us walk from the new gate to the aircraft - after selling us senior citizen tickets and making me purchase ‘Express Ahead’ services. When I boarded the flight you didn’t have enough space in the overhead bin for my carry on. It’s all a scam!!

@AirSewaIndia is a total scam!!! I thought we had the worst experience in HYD. Placed a complaint but never heard anything and the grievance has magically vanished. Today was an utter disappointment at CBJ.

@qatarairways worst experience at Doha. We just flew in from JRO and connecting to MAA. The gate was changed at the last minute. The way the passengers are being treated is miserable. Last time we’ll be flying -

@JetstarAirways Your system is so broken that your customer support doesn’t know the status of my delayed baggage. This is the 4th call I’ve had and it’s been 4 days and they don’t know how to track my wife’s delayed bags. Is there someone in your company who’s concerned about customer service?

@JetstarAirways worst experience!!! We came from Sydney to Perth and my wife’s bag was left behind. It took more than an hour and half for the agents to acknowledge and create a report. It’s been over 24 hours and the bag is still not delivered.

I’ve called them with little to no help. In fact the call quality would be another topic to discuss. The first call took almost an hour with no resolution. Towards the end the agent kept saying she couldn’t hear us and disconnected while we could hear her.
