learning to learn. after 15 years of doing bodywork i decided for a career shift. diving head first into nursing school. it’s a doozy. but it’s interesting. learning to learn again especially with the magnitude of info in this kind of schooling.

i fell off the carnivore wagon last summer & gained all my weight back+ a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and hypertension. SO im once again going hard with IF and doing mostly carnivore. im curious about taking berberine instead of the meds they prescribed me. any thoughts?
