Just going to address this clip for #them who obviously do not understand what Jungkook was doing here. He was doing what is commonly called a 'rag doll stretch'. What does it do? It releases back tension along the spine and lower back, stretches the hips and glutes, relaxes the shoulders and neck. As a performer this gentle stretch can help him relax those muscles that he use after a performance.
