@drewlevin hello, so my main was banned a few weeks ago, I've been trying to ticket, and it didn't seem to help. I've never shared my account since the moment I gained ownership over it. I bought the account for the unique IGN, and it was my starting account playing in NA. The account has been my main ever since, and I leveled the account myself and played all the ranked games myself as well. The account was hacked a year or two ago, and this was the only instance where someone unauthorized had control of my account and played 5-6 ranked games on it. I was able to get it back and enable 2FA to prevent it from happening again, but I've been permanently banned from account transfer after this guy DM'd me and asked me for a ransom. I'm wondering since you've mentioned in the past that Riot is lenient towards people who started the game with an account they've bought(with no MMR boosting/sharing accounts/deranking), and in this case, this account has been my main since I started playing in NA, if that applies to me as well. This is also the same account I've used to play in NACL OQ, as well as appearing multiple times on streams, so I assumed Riot acknowledges the existence of this account and hopefully its ownership as well.
