Esta es una foto de Messi a sus 20 años en 2007 alzando a un niño recién nacido: Lamine Yamal.

La foto ocurrió en 2007. La UNICEF hizo una rifa para tomarse una foto con un jugador del Barcelona en el barrio Roca Fonda, en Mataró, y se la ganó la familia de Lamine.

Y por eso Messi, llegó hace 19 años al Camp Nou a tomarse fotos con un niño dentro de una bañera.

La foto la tomó Joan Monfort, un fotógrafo freelance de la Agencia AP. Dijo en una entrevista con The Athletic que el momento fue díficil: Messi era muy tímido y no sabía como alzar a Lamine.

Este momento es simbólico: es ver al mejor jugador de la historia, todavía sin serlo, bautizando al que sería su relevo generacional 20 años despues. Y en el Camp Nou.

¿Qué probabilidad había?

La misma de que el último partido de Messi en un Mundial fuera en una final contra ese bebe inofensivo.

No solo en la vida, sino en el fútbol, tiene que haber algo más.
