Call him crazy but this man has some profound insights.

@jazzyrae every single person in here would do the same thing he is if they had the opportunity to. cut the self righteous bullshit ya talking. most of ya are selfish in your day to day lives over smaller things

[George Lopez @glopezpagan]

@jazzyrae it’s amazing how most of you in here dont understand simple supply and demand. and the fact he used TikTok (like alot of businesses) to skyrocket his demand. ya also forget he doesnt determine his market PEOPLE do. he can post all he wants the people clearly decided they liked it

NBA legend Alonzo Mourning built a 37 million dollar senior living complex in Florida, called Astoria on 9th. It has 120 apartments, with one and two bedroom homes that are between 635 and 900 square feet.

Rent is only 322 dollars for those with very low income, and even the highest rent is around 1316 dollars, which is still much less than most places in Florida. To qualify, seniors must be 55 or older and have an income below certain levels, so it is made for people who really need affordable housing.

The community is not just about cheap rent. It has a cyber café with internet and a kitchen, a gym for exercise, a clubhouse where people can gather, and even a dog park for pets. Everything was designed to look modern and welcoming, just like expensive apartments, so that seniors feel proud of where they live.

This project gives seniors a safe and beautiful home at a price they can afford. Alonzo Mourning showed all rich people what giving back really looks like, building something that changes lives in a real and lasting way.

A homeless man has captured the attention of thousands, not for begging, but for the way he rocks his dog to sleep every night. When asked why, he explained that life hadn’t always been this way. “When I first got him, we had an apartment,” he said softly. “Living on the street has been a hard adjustment for him. The honking, the sirens, the people, it keeps him up. So every night, I make sure he’s asleep before I close my eyes.” #dog #wholesome #dogs #doglover

The Mike Evans discourse is always so funny to me because we’re not talking about a guy averages a couple hundred yards and less than double digit touchdowns. We’re talking about 6’5 225 LB wideout who has never missed 1,000 yards, over 100 touchdowns, has broken nearly every Buccaneers franchise record, can run every route, can beat you inside, outside, and 50/50 balls, and has done it with multiple lower level QBs.

Yet he gets disrespected because he’s quiet, doesn’t run a 4.40 and doesn’t complain about not getting the ball. One of the best to ever do it and his spot is set for Canton, OH.
