Prayer for Humility: "God, I've put myself in a place of judgment over someone else and now I feel convicted. I need Your forgiveness. And I need You to change my heart so I can be kind and loving and compassionate toward them. Help me to see the good in people, rather than the bad. Show me Your heart for them, Lord. And help me to not think so highly of myself. Your Word says that if I humble myself, You will lift me up at the proper time. Lord, I put my ego aside and act with humility, trusting You to make things right. In Jesus' name, Amen."
I live in perpetual supply by grace. HE DAILY loads me with benefits. I'm bright-eyed about HOW and WHAT God provides, forgetting NOT any of His benefits. That's how HE taught me to live, not from need to need, but from supply to supply. You tend to see more and more of what you intentionally acknowledge. When we start paying close attention to what and how God supplies, we'll realize what David means by "I shall not want."
