Hello guys π€ππΌ
I just received my participation certificate for the Qualification Round of the 2026 International Youth Math Challenge (IYMC 2026). π€π
My love for mathematics is unexplainable. ππ

Another step in my tech journey! ππ»
I've completed DataCamp's Introduction to Git course and earned a Statement of Accomplishment.
Two hours of learning, one more step towards building my Software Engineering foundation.
Still learning. Still growing. π±

In this session, we covered creating arrays, rows and columns, indexing, slicing, broadcasting, boolean indexing, aggregate functions, universal functions and the differences in outputs between using NumPy arrays and regular Python lists.
Still learning & growing. π±

GCI World Session 2: Manipulating Data with NumPy. π»
Fast-paced? Yes.
Challenging? Absolutely. π
Challenging because I was juggling 3 learning materials and an assignment, without properly reviewing the materials beforehand.
Still learning. Still growing. π±

You wouldn't give a brand-new intern a vague instruction and expect perfection, right? You give them context, background, and guidance. AI needs that exact same treatment to actually be useful. Remember GIGO, Garbage In Garbage Out. That still applies here.

Like I said earlier in my last post, today is Part 1 of me sharing what stood out for me.
Part 1: Stop treating AI like Google. Treat it like a junior TEAMMATE. π§ π§΅
If youβve ever closed an AI tab out of pure frustration, raise your hand... πββοΈ (My hands are up!)

So the loop was reading from the wrong memory location, not my actual array location.
I added it and got the correct output immediately. I also learnt Data Definition, Physical Addressing (it's formula and application).
Semantic errors can be very tricky #StudentDeveloper#TIL
Another lesson learned in Assembly Language.
I got a semantic error in Assembly Language today.
I was adding 10H to each element of an array, DT1, and storing the results in another array, DT2, using a loop.
The code compiled and ran fine ,but I kept getting 20 in memory (ten times),instead of 21, 22,23,... 30.
I got to find out the problem; I forgot to add ORG 100H in my first line of code. Without it, the program doesn't start at the right memory offset
I honestly thought it was too archaic to be worth my time.
But it got added to my courses for the semester.
Initially,I just wanted to convince my and
try it out first(i
in my mind,I felt I wouldn't like it,so I would have a reason for not learning it).

I didn't plan on learning assembly language. I tried it hoping I'd hate it so I'd have an excuse not to. Somewhere along the way... it actually clicked. Registers, MOV instruction, machine code encoding, emu8086 β basics, but I get it now.

the W3Schools example worked fine tho β but only because \w isn't a recognized Python escape sequence, so Python just leaves it. mine wasn't so lucky.
This was what got me really confused initially.

Python humbled me today π
I was trying to open a file by its path and got a unicodeescape error. stared at my code forever β what is wrong here??
The fix? raw strings. Just add r before the string β r"C:\Users\path\file.txt"
one character that's it π

FreeCodeCamp be like: Miss one tiny punctuation = code invalid π
Is it just me or are they lowkey too strict with their checks?

Just completed a CGPA calculator with Python.
While coding, I encountered VS Code βinactive code dimmingβ β I was confused at first, unsure whether it was an error or an issue with my editor
