Tonny never dressed without a touch of red ♥️
The red symbolize his business colour code.
He hawks his business wherever he goes.
As a business owner know how to hawks ur business around and Cary it on ur head.
Learn to talk about what u do for a living.
No body will preach ur business better than u
Ultimately, wealth isn't built by having the highest salary in the room.
It's built by creating a gap between what you earn and what you spend, then putting that gap into productive assets consistently.
Earn → Save → Invest → Compound.
That's the part of the salary conversation I think deserves more attention.
I wouldn't make this decision based on salary alone. I'd calculate total compensation, then ask one more question:
Which job gives me the greater capacity to build wealth?
₦450k × 12 = ₦5.4m
₦250k × 13 + ₦1m rent = ₦4.25m + HMO
The real game begins after the salary hits your account:
Income , savings , investments , compounding.
If you know Dr. Akinwumi Adesina beyond the title, you will understand why this man is different.
The man standing beside Aliko Dangote is not just a former AfDB President.
He is an Agricultural Economist who has spent decades thinking about one big question: How does Africa move from consuming to producing, and from dependence to self-sufficiency?
First-Class Agricultural Economics graduate from the University of Ife. MSc and PhD from Purdue University. Former Nigerian Minister of Agriculture. 2017 World Food Prize Laureate. He later served as President of the African Development Bank from 2015–2025.
But what stands out to me is not the titles.
It is the consistency of the vision.
Agriculture. Food security. African industries. Infrastructure. Access to capital. Private-sector investment.
During his time at AfDB, the Bank’s capital base rose from $93 billion to $208 billion in 2019, while he championed the “High 5s” agenda for Africa.
That is why I don't look at this picture and simply see Adesina standing beside Dangote.
I see two Nigerians whose careers have, in very different ways, been connected to a bigger African conversation:
Can Africa build enough capacity to feed, finance, manufacture and develop itself?
That conversation is far bigger than one photograph.
@akin_adesina
Dangote just gave investors something important to watch.
100% of our income is in dollars… you will collect your dividends in dollars.
He also said investors will see the refinery’s 9-month figures before the IPO closes, noting that the refinery didn't operate much in January and February.
As investors, the 9-month numbers may tell us more about the refinery's true earning power.
The 💯 correct. Mgt and ownership maters alot in any business.
There are informations that are not easily available to retail investors that they have asses to. So
Following the money bags is also a strategy
