@mallgothcals@yuna_yuukyu It IS more efficient if you’re consistent. For a lot of people, starving often leads to binging, which leads to gaining and losing the same weight. A higher intake + more exercise = less likely to binge & more likely to burn it off and actually keep it off long term.
