@BBCSounds@BBCRadio2 When is the amazing #LizaTarbuckRadio back? It’s been a month and looks like she’s away next week too!! This time of year is rubbish enough, made a million times worse by not having my weekly fix of Liza!!
Thank you @nedboulting for a wonderful entertaining and engaging evening. First time seeing you live after all the commentaries and the ace podcast @neverstraysfar. Loved it 🚲🎙️
@pub_that The best thing to change the tax system would be to completely reform VAT. It doesn't work, it's open to abuse and penalises medium size businesses. Reduce the threshold and stagger the rate. But no politician seems to want proper reform

@nedboulting Thanks Ned. Delighted to say I've just purchased tickets to see you in November in Shrewsbury. Lots to happen before then of course. Enjoy the Dauphiné and of course the Tour.
@nedboulting Ned, we're privileged to have you. Fantastic talent, broadcaster and commentator. Not to mention the fabulous Never Strays Far podcast which is always a joy. I've recently purchased and so enjoyed '1923 The Mystery of Lot 212'. Thank you for everything
I just signed the petition calling on Paula Vennells, the former CEO of the Post Office to be stripped of her CBE. Will you sign too? #MrBatesVSThePostOffice https://t.co/enofnb17Us via @38degrees
Now we all seem to be singing from the same hymn sheet we need to share this petition far and wide. It takes less than a minute to complete! 🙏🏼
Lower VAT to 10% for the Hospitality Industry - Sign the Petition! https://t.co/pqywD4P5xj via @UKChange
Our pubs, our clubs, our restaurants, our bars…are closing faster than ever before.
100,000’s jobs are at risk.
That’s why I’m fully backing and supporting @wearethentia campaign.
REDUCE VAT TO 12.5% FOR HOSPITALITY.
@GavinWilliamson I don't doubt your intentions but sometimes I really do wonder. Given the controversy of the wkend with the deaths of 3 horses at Aintree including 1 in the National a tweet supporting the gambling industry when the debate is about the sport itself it at the very least tone deaf
