@amandafreitag Any kind of beefy soups, especially minestrone, made with beef shanks. As a cattle rancher's wife, I've discovered wonderful recipes for winter beef meals (from lesser cuts and rich in minerals & proteins).

Writers! What are your goals for 2024? I'm working on a new story, just in the planning stages. Have been working with TwoDot Publishing on the last several nonfiction books, but am jumping into some fiction again. Of course, historical fiction, since I'm an avid history lover.
