Will there be a quarantine for me in Chennai for a week? Or can i travel to my native and be under home quarantine if I pass thermal screening.

People are waiting for more than 4-5 months for refund. There is no response from MoCA or AI but instead BJP is celebrating this which should be revealed to citizens if the funds are clean. @INCIndia @RahulGandhi

I was told they cant reschedule the ticket and asking me to go to AI office in USA to resolve this. I kindly request someone to help mw in this situation.

Has anyone really tried contacting AI customer care for rescheduling the existing Air India ticket and succeeded. I request MOCA to give it a try and see how it goes.

Only thing is that I can book a fresh ticket. Then what about the money paid. Now I am hearing from AI customer care they cant reschedule from India.

I tried to call to Air India CC there is so much of misinformation being shared. I tried for 3 hours without no luck. Online I am able to see the tickets available, however the CC are not able to book any tickets.
