Our acceptance rate is 17%. The selected finalists will be trained, mentored, and supported to become transformational leaders by facilitators who live in Germany, Nigeria, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States,& Zambia.

After months of rigorous review, we are excited to announce that we have selected 44 #finalists from 10 #countries including Nigeria, Tanzania, South Africa, Ghana, Pakistan, and Liberia. The other countries include Kenya, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Cameroon. 1/2

Currently, Dana is the head marketing strategist for a video production company.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agro-Forestry from Copperbelt #University (Zambia) (1/2).
