3 tips for being diagnosed Coeliac:

1. Don't look too far into it, the rumours are not all true!
2. Accept the diagnosis, the quicker you do the quicker you can get to it.
3. Do your research, there is much more available now than there once was.

@Tesco Still waiting @Tesco , 4 months and not 1 Free From option in the food to go and only 2 of the salads are free from Gluten

Hi @Tesco , are you ever going to bring back Gluten Free Sandwiches in your food to go/meal deal section of your stores? It's getting boring eating a salad each day, there's no Gluten Free options but loads of Veggie and Vegan?? Coeliac Disease isn't optional, Veganism is!

Hey @Dominos_UK , why are you still not offering Gluten Free pizzas on your menu but have options for Vegans? Veganism is optional, coeliac disease isn't, @pizzahut and @PapaJohns have it on their menus and have for some time now, sort it out! #GlutenFree @Pizza #Justice #Coeliac

I think it's wrong that @dominos are still offering 4 x Vegan pizzas on their reduced menu's but won't offer a single Gluten Free option!

Being vegan is a choice 🤷‍♂️

Being Coeliac is not 💁‍♂️

@TheCoeliacSloth It appears the supermarkets and food producers are trying to cater for the Vegans (which is a life choice) over the gluten free and other free from product users (which isn't a choice in most cases). It's clear to see in all supermarkets.

I've gotta learn some self control! I seem to be drawn in by any sign that says 'Gluten Free' and then feel obliged to buy it... just brought a big slice of Carrot Cake because it was #glutenfree

#PancakeDay Gluten free style!
Really quick and easy batter mix:
- 250g Gluten Free Plain Flour
- 2 medium eggs
- 500ml of milk
Mix it all together, small amount of oil or a knob of butter in a hot 7" pan, 2 mins each side and fill as desired!

If you have diarrhoea or you are vomiting, it’s important to keep yourself well hydrated by drinking lots of water.

The most important thing is to get back onto your #glutenfree diet to try to prevent further symptoms.

Results are in!
@marksandspencer GF Mince Pies score... 9!

Looks - 2, they look great!

Consistency - 1.5, top a teeny soggy.

Taste - 2.5, lovely taste, but not knock your socks off tasty!

Texture - 3, good texture all round and the pasty base was 👌🏽!
