The summer league has given a stage for great players before(Dort, VanVleet, Caruso...). And as a lot of teams are trying to navigate cap space and the aprons, these players are worth a bet on as their contracts are as cheap as they can get. These are my top 10 players without an official contract.

Morgan Rogers - 120 mil
Assuming they go for 20% over market value and receive a salary of over 200k weekly, they take around 20% of Arsenal's SCR (Premier League FFP). S1 - 100mil player on a 5-year contract
S2 - 2 players of the same contract or more depth
