For years I have had great service from @TAKEALOT to the point where I buy from them even if they aren’t the cheapest.
However we had a fault with a tv we bought from them and now a month later still no resolution.
@wendyknowler I have another property with a @webafrica line. They have increased my price. I query it and say the system shows it should be R669 not the R889 I am being charged.
They tell me that R669 is the new price but they can adjust it for me to R669.
I say I don't agree to the T's and C's and ask why they pushed my price up. The answer - " There was a price increase from the fibre providers, others on 1st March and others on 1st April, that's why prices went up"
But they just said the new price is lower!!🤦♂️
@wendyknowler I really need your help - I have emailed you twice without response. @webafrica keeps stealing money from a friend who lost her husband recently and she cannot stop them debiting her account.
It is impossible to speak to a human that can assist at @webafrica

Surprise surprise - it’s now 6 days since webafrica DM’ed me to promise a review and pay back any outstanding money and nothing has happened!
@webafrica That’s not true - On the 4th of April you said someone would call and they never did. @webafrica don’t want to assist and are happy to hide behind WhatsApp chats and will not resolve anything.

@wendyknowler just search @webafrica on twitter or any other social media platform and look at what they are doing to countless consumers. The individual I am trying to assist never even received a service from them ever.
