@mrkevinmccabe @StagecoachWScot They no longer issue cards on the bus as they ceased that service end of April when the fares went up. So you’d need to wait until they send you out a new one in the post. If you lose your phone, you just login to your account on new phone and your ticket is there.

@mrkevinmccabe @StagecoachWScot The app is so easy to use, and you can buy the weekly ticket from the comfort of your living room, activate the ticket, then when boarding just show the driver the ticket on your phone screen. No need to hold up the bus with loading of smartcards and then paying etc.

@StagecoachWScot why have you made the app worse? Beforehand, all I had to do was open the app and my ticket was there, now I’ve got to press the ticket on the live map, then my tickets and then show ticket. Also why is there a loading screen now everytime I open it too?
