This Report finds " . . . misogyny, racism, and homophobia . . . inadequate support for the women's game".

WRU - also reliant on WG funding and goodwill - is forced to accept the Report.

Changes are imposed: The WRU accepts all recommendations; also a new chair (Richard Collier-Keywood) and a new CEO (Abi Tierney) were imposed.

The Corruption Bay establishment now controls WRU.

The MO is the same as WG has used elsewhere. In the fire service, for example. Commission a report (or have a third party commission one), with instructions to find misogyny, racism, homophobia, toxic masculinity, etc.

This then allows 'Welsh Government' to demand 'changes', which in practice always mean imposing its DEI Woke agenda.

In the case of the WRU, the focus on the women's game is revealing, for the plan is to allow biological males to play against women and girls.

Conclusion: It may have been the WRU ban on so-called 'trans women' that triggered the whole process that led to the mess the game is in today.
