Finally after 2 weeks of trying I got through to @curryspcworld. After almost 1.5 hours on hold, they are calling today to collect faulty coffee machine and a refund in 3 to 5 days after it reaches the warehouse. @MartinSLewis @TeamKnowhowUK @BBCWatchdog

They are all about the money, taking customers money whilst not offering a viable customer service experience. Yet they still advertise and take orders.Tried phoning,put on hold for hours, social media not much better. Needs addressed

@MartinSLewis @susannareid100 @benshephard @GMB Curryspcworld and their lack of customer service regarding faulty goods. There are many people on Twitter voicing concerns at the lack of response from currys. Noone is listening and noone cares.

@curryspcworld I have lodged a complaint and urge others to do the same. There is no excuse for currys lack of customer service. How do currys have time to make adverts? I am still waiting for help, all I can get is stuck on hold for hours on end.

Complaint lodged. Straightforward and only takes a 5 minutes. I would urge all unsatisfied customers to make a complaint.

@itvMLshow Hi Martin, I and many others are having problems getting in contact with Curryspcworld. If you call their customer service number, you are placed on hold for hours. They are still advertising on national television, but it is impossible to contact them.

Now a week and still no follow up. My coffee machine is still faulty and still needs returned. Is there any possibility of Curryspcworld contacting me with a solution. Phone line is a waste of time, I will only spend hours on hold.

Are unable to offer customers a return/ refund service. This is happening to many people, just look on social media and it confirms I am not the only person having problems with Curryspcworld shambolic customer services department.

@BBCWatchdog I, along with many others are struggling with @curryspcworld. If you call their customer service phone number, you will be placed on hold for hours. One option a recorded message gave me was to return item to store. This is impossible as stores are all closed.

I bought a coffee machine, it leaks and the power button does not stay on. I contacted @curryspcworld on twitter, they asked for my details, address, receipt number, email address. That was the last response I have had. It is very frustrating, they continue to sell online, but
