(🥇) 🚨 NEW: External, independent tests on each match day have already been conducted on the pitch at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. 🏟️
❌ These are understood to have so far shown NO DIFFERENCE to the bounce and spring of Tottenham's stadium pitch compared to Hotspur Way.
A deeper, detailed analysis is set to take place over time to ensure a deeper review.
@AlasdairGold
Up there with the worst refereeing performance I’ve ever seen, to be honest. Even the challenge before this collision was a foul and the ref let it go.
[🥇] NEW: Vinai Venkatesham has hit out at Daniel Levy over Tottenham’s deep-rooted problems in a meeting with the Fan Advisory Board.
He claimed that alleged mistakes from the Levy era mean that Tottenham face pressure to adhere to financial rules and must sell players. @Matt_Law_DT ⚪️🚨
Insane idea i just got:
How about instead of coding NPCs in a videogame, we just insert human brains in them?
We make them think their virtual world is the real world
And then one day we insert a player with admin powers. Just imagine their reaction
BREAKING: Kansas has just been added to the number of states (20) that have passed the Convention of States resolution. The Convention of States Resolution has 3 subject matters:
- Impose fiscal restraints on the federal government
- Limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government, and
- Limit the terms of office for its officials and Congress.
Currently, 20 out of the constitutionally mandated 34 states have successfully passed the Convention of States Resolution.
Career politicians created a $38 trillion debt and an unaccountable bureaucracy. Congress will never impose term limits on itself. With the Convention of States Resolution, We the People can. The Convention of States Resolution restores balance with term limits, fiscal restraints, and limits on federal power. Then leave. The whole lot of you.
Charrington. Venkatesham. Lange. Et al.
You have absolutely no business running a football club if you are scared of making big decisions.
And, by the way, not making a decision IS making a decision in the situation we find ourselves.
It’s interesting to compare the media protection of Thomas Frank, to what Big Ange Postecoglou received whilst at Spurs.
Reminder that Big Ange had a worse injury crisis and still got us 5th and then a European trophy in his 2 seasons 👍
If Frank can survive a run of 2 points in 5 games against Brentford, Sunderland, Bournemouth, West Ham and Burnley then he’s clearly unsackable.
Because we’re now likely to go on a run of 0 points from 4 games against City, United, Newcastle and Arsenal. At the end of which we will be in a full blown relegation battle. His position is untenable, obviously. And every single person seems to be able to see that apart from the former CEO of Arsenal
In a system where the officiating and VAR failed to provide a fair contest, the walk-off served as a manual override.
By stopping the game for 17 minutes, Senegal broke the momentum of bias.
It forced the world to look at the screen. It effectively iced the kicker.
Brahim Díaz’s subsequent missed Panenka is blamed on the delay, but a supporter would say the delay simply restored the natural pressure of the game that the referee’s bias had tried to remove.
Banning Senegal from the World Cup for this would be the ultimate gaslighting by FIFA.
Senegal was the team that had a goal wrongly disallowed. Senegal was the team that faced a dubious last-minute penalty.
To ban the winners of the tournament because they dared to protest a systemic breakdown is essentially FIFA saying: You must sit there and let us take the game from you, or we will destroy your future.
Critics call the walk-off shameful, but the team actually returned and won.
They didn't forfeit; they protested, regrouped under Sadio Mane's leadership, and proved they were the better team by winning in extra time.
A ban would punish a team for a 15-minute protest that they self-corrected, while the refereeing errors that caused the chaos would likely go unpunished.
If FIFA bans Senegal, they aren't protecting integrity; they’re protecting incompetence.
Senegal didn't walk off because they were losing—they walked off because the officiating was an insult to the sport.
They came back, they faced the penalty, and they won on the pitch.
Banning a team for refusing to be robbed is just FIFA admitting they care more about optics than fair play.
@RudolphN17 Why are we bending over backwards for Frank? I agree we need consistency, but with the right man. Frank is not him. His set piece coach has had a better start with Brentford than Frank EVER did, despite losing their captain and 2 best players this summer. Get the right guy first
But are you seriously telling these THIS crop of players are languishing around 15th quality?
The only reason you finished 17th was because of your manager, could've even got relegated due to his tactics.
The squad you have is or SHOULD be around 5th-7th but they are not delivering.
@WorldofHotspur the amount of our fanbase that don’t understand the game is shocking… We absolutely have big 6 quality players, Frank’s tactics are holding this team back. This graphic should be all you need to realize ITS NOT BECAUSE OF THE PLAYERS.
Frank plays a Route One system. Long ball up to the ST, win the arial duel and 2nd ball, wingers/fullbacks role is to send in crosses. We struggle because these tactics are horrible for the profiles we have, which is why we see regression in the players. It’s not one them.
Hey Spurs fans who like Frank…
Please can you explain to me his strategy and tactics. I am clearly missing something because I think it’s the worst brand of football a Spurs Manager could bring to the club.
It makes my eyes bleed.
Lamar has to be at a crossroads with Harbaugh and EDC, and if the plan is to trade him instead of firing Harbaugh and building a team for Lamar this will be my last season as a Ravens fan until everyone in this organization is gone.
The Ravens trading Lamar Jackson is reportedly not out of the realm of possibilities as the two sides are at crossroads, per @baltimoresun
The Miami Dolphins are rumored to be a top landing spot for Lamar.
We sacked Ange bc we needed to “compete on all fronts” *fans hold club and new manager to that standard* “The fans think the team is better than they are and need to be patient” God forbid we hold him to the standard the club set after firing the manager that made us CHAMPIONS
Chris Sutton on Thomas Frank and the Tottenham Hotspur fans...
"It was always going to be difficult for Frank but I do think he looks strained and tense. Some Tottenham fans have already judged him and that is deeply unfair. It is going to be long-term turning Tottenham around and there needs to be a lot of patience.
"There is an expectation from fans. They think they are better than they actually are, and they think they should be further along. I’m not trying to fall out with Spurs fans, but I don’t think they realise how long these things take.”

@TheSpursExpress@JackPittBrooke Why are we destroying the “play your way and always go for it” mentality Ange instilled in our squad? Our club motto is “To dare is to do” and Frank is the exact opposite of that mindset. What a joke man.
