I got lucky enough to get the presale to buy WC tickets but when I went in to buy 2 tickets for Wed, it said my code had already reached the limit���.I didn’t even get a chance to buy them!!! So disappointed and frustrated!

I don’t understand why there is a need to lie to the public that pays for your services. You all say you record your calls, check this time and date and you will see that it was reported. I hope you will send someone out to fix this issue.

@CenterPoint I understand that you are very busy, however, I feel that it is unacceptable that I reported a tree on top of a cable at my sister’s house that could possibly snap due to the weight and you all took my information and my number to contact me b/c she was out of town.

When she got back today and called you all, the agent told her there was nothing reported, which is a lie. When I called you all said you could not give me a definite date, but that you all would go and check on it and get it fixed. Her neighbor stated you went, looked, and left.
