Leo Varadkar admitted to me in Committee that if we ratify CETA, the Candian company which owns IRES REIT could sue the Irish state in a special investor court system if we introduce further rent controls.

If that's not a reason to reject CETA, I don't know what is.

@etihadguest Beware of Etihad Travel Bank Credit. I was unable to access mine due to ‘invalid Guest Number’ given to me. Got NO help from Etihad. Ran down clock. Then told credit had expired!! Taking legal advice.

@etihad WARNING: If offered Etihad Travel Bank Credit I advise to refuse. Unable to access my credit due to technical fault on part of company. Did everything company asked, emails, phone calls. To no avail. Then told credit had expired!!! NO HELP FROM ETIHAD.

@EtihadHelp Your team did follow up. I received yet another email today telling me that my credit had expired…no reference to the fact that I had made numerous attempts to use it before it expired!! This is of NO HELP to me. The problem remains with YOU.

@EtihadHelp Please stop referring me on and on. The problem is that the number Etihad gave me is INVALID. I can do nothing about this, and every department i email simply replied telling me that my credit has expired. Is this not the job of Customer Service?

Instead of giving me a refund, Etihad offered me travel bank (store credit). To my surprise, a direct flight via Air Can costs almost half of what Etihad is charging for same dates. How is this legal?
