✠ PRAYER TO SAINT JUDE THADDEUS
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen 🙏
Most holy Apostle, Saint Jude Thaddeus, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the Church honors and invokes you universally as the patron of difficult cases and desperate situations.
Pray for me. Intercede for me before the throne of our Lord Jesus Christ. Obtain for me the grace to accept God’s holy will with trust and patience. If it is for His greater glory and the good of my soul, obtain for me the favor I now humbly ask:
(Mention your intention.)
Help me never lose hope in the infinite mercy of God. Strengthen my faith when I am discouraged, my hope when I am tempted to despair, and my love so that I may remain faithful to Christ until the end.
Teach me to carry my cross with courage, to persevere in prayer, and to place all my confidence in the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
May I always give thanks to God for His countless blessings and, following your example, faithfully proclaim the Gospel by my words and my life.
Saint Jude, pray for all who are suffering, for the sick, the lonely, the unemployed, the persecuted, and for those who have lost hope, that they may find peace and consolation in Christ.
I promise to honor you always and to encourage devotion to your powerful intercession.
Saint Jude Thaddeus, Apostle of Christ and patron of hopeless causes, pray for us.
Amen 🙏
“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the Church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”
- Ephesians 3:20–21
• St. Padre Pio says "
"May the Heart ♡ of Jesus be the center of the universe, the sun of every heart, the goal of every aspiration, the object of every desire."
"Where the family is upheld, the spiritual and social stability of nations is also strengthened."
— Pope Leo XIV
The family is often called the "domestic church" because it is usually the first place where we learn how to love, forgive, pray, sacrifice, and care for others. Long before schools, governments, or workplaces shape us, our families do.
When families are strong, children are more likely to grow up knowing they are loved, understanding right from wrong, and learning that life is not just about themselves. Those values don't stay inside the home. They shape neighborhoods, communities, and entire nations.
This doesn't mean families are perfect. Every family carries wounds. But Catholic teaching reminds us that God works through ordinary people who choose faithfulness, even in difficult circumstances. The health of a society is often connected to the health of its families. When the family is protected, supported, and rooted in God, it becomes a place where virtue can grow and future generations can flourish.
💬 What do you think is the biggest threat facing families today, and what can ordinary people do to strengthen them again?
Someone in your life may need this reminder that strong families don't just change homes; they help heal the world.
O Mary, my mother and Our Lady of Surprises, what a happy joy you caused the wedding guests, when you asked your Divine Son to work the miracle of water into wine.
What a happy surprise for them since they thought the wine had run dry.
I, too, Mary, love surprises and as your child, may I ask you to favor me with one today?
I ask this only because you are my ever caring mother.
Amen.
Thank You, Holy Mary, Mother of God and our Mother! I thank God for you every day!
Amen.
