@Ask_psuk how is it so hard to reset my hacked PS4 account? It’s nearly been a week since it was hacked, ID has been uploaded, e-mails to support are ignored, takes an hour to speak to support and I’m paying to use it the whole time! What can I do other than start a new account?

@sw_train what is the point in a fast service if you then hold it for 20 mins for all other trains to overtake it!
