Meet Aarav from Trinidad. He was born w/ neurofibromatosis & pseudoarthrosis arthrosis of the tibia. After 3 surgeries on his leg @shrinersphilly, he is now able to walk. Aarav still has a significant length discrepancy & must continue with more surgeries. Welcome back Aarav!
We remain inspired by the resilience & determination of our children! Aroush received her final prosthetic legs at @shrinersphilly & is now back home in Pakistan, eager to resume her studies and join her brothers again. We are THANKFUL for our supporters!
After many difficult months of surgeries, castings, & physical therapy she is now able to stand & take her first steps! Her resilience, the generosity of our donors, and the excellent and loving care of her medical team at @shrinersphilly have made her dream of walking come true!

We at GMRF could not be prouder that Meagan & Kaitlyn were inspired to help children less fortunate. Not only was their music beautiful, but they also moved many people to join the GMRF community & donate to our mission. They were able to surpass their ambitious fundraising goal!
