Heavier weights = more $$$, lighter cheaper weights for more reps may be more suitable for someone working out at home for ex.

It’s a soft leather belt, yes it’s wielded from above but it’s by an extremely experienced disciplinarian, doesn’t appear to hit her tail bone (I grant you it’s tough to know for sure) but honestly even if it did it’s not like it’s a wooden paddle. Injury risk is low.

@lovespankins Because you used the word “should” the only acceptable answer is 0. If another number is consensually agreed to by both parties then it’s fine but to put an arbitrary expectation of a minimum standard isn’t how the lifestyle works.
