Since my earliest votes on Council and in meetings with potential project partners, I have prioritized fair wages, safe conditions, and the ability for workers to organize. I am proud to carry the endorsement of NoVa Labor and will continue to advocate for workers in Alexandria.

I attended the @GLSEN Rise Up DC event w/the ACHS Youth Ambassador program. This org has been leading work to insure LGBTQ youth have safe & inclusive educational environments. Exciting to see our youth acknowledged for their leadership & for them to hear stories from advocates.
