@karenwa21376543 @Yogi_theTim Looks more like traffic restriction bollards to me. I don't know the area, but it looks like they're trying to stop an influx of vehicles in a heavy pedestrian area? Doesn't look like gates or turnstiles to me?
Or am I missing something obvious from a newspaper report somewhere?
