The most insane single take in TV involved 50+ crew members and after a full day of rehearsal, the 1-minute-42-second shot was captured in just 3 takes.

The famous single-take scene from Kidding (2018) follows Riki Lindhome as her life and apartment change over several years in one unbroken shot.

No CGI or digital cuts were used. More than 50 crew members transformed the set live as the camera turned away, while Lindhome changed costumes and body doubles handled some transitions.

Jim Carrey’s Mr. Pickles played on the TV to mark the passage of time, and the sequence ended with a live dog.
