Today, the primary focus is on the front lines, in areas where the risks of Russian offensive actions are the highest.

Our defensive operations continue in the Kharkiv region, in the border villages of Strilecha, Krasne, Morokhovets, Oliinykove, Lukyantsi, Hatyshche, and Pletenivka, where our forces are countering Russian attacks for the second day and defending Ukrainian territory.

The situation remains particularly tense in the Donetsk region, including the Pokrovsk direction, Semenivka, and Netailove villages, where there are over thirty combats per day. The situation remains very difficult.

Of course, we pay attention to all other areas, such as the Kupyansk, Lyman, Siversk, Kramatorsk, and Vremivka directions.

I am grateful to each brigade that is bravely defending positions, repelling attacks, and destroying occupiers. Thwarting Russia’s offensive plans is the number one task right now.

While working a frontline medivac, team members Alice, Eli and Martin treated a very lucky soldier. The soldier’s Kalashnikov rifle stopped a sniper round. Shrapnel from the impact injured his buttocks with non life threatening injuries.

Today, I continued to hold talks with leaders who can help Ukraine and all of our Europe in bringing just peace and true long-term security closer.

We continue to prepare for the first Global Peace Summit, which will be held in Switzerland and must become a truly effective platform for establishing peace.

Today, I personally invited the leaders of Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Hungary, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, and the Secretary General of the Council of Europe.

It is critical that we maintain dialogue with all leaders, and we practically share the same goal: to restore true stability to international affairs and to ensure justice for every nation, so that no nation is destroyed.

History will be grateful to everyone who helps.

During our calls today, we also discussed our bilateral cooperation in detail. Denmark: the focus was on strengthening Ukraine’s air defense and implementing defense agreements. The Netherlands: Prime Minister Rutte and I discussed the search for an additional "Patriot" system. Hungary: a good and lengthy conversation with many details about bilateral cooperation and the regional situation. We agreed to work together and move forward based on our teams’ work.

Germany: we discussed our energy system's recovery and defense, as well as preparations for the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Berlin. Saudi Arabia: Crown Prince and I discussed bilateral cooperation and global affairs, notably practical ways to bring peace closer.

We continue our marathon toward the first Global Peace Summit, which can and must demonstrate the true value of international cooperation, as well as all of the words about defending the UN Charter and the international rules-based order spoken during the years of this war.

Every leader who will attend the Summit, every leader who assists in its organization, and every state whose strength we are now adding to the collective strength of protecting human life are all contributing to the marathon of Peace Summit preparations.

Today I spoke with the leaders of Spain, Belgium, Latvia, Finland, and Cabo Verde. Step by step, we are bringing together a truly global community, with every continent represented at the Summit, as well as various nations, both geographically large and smaller ones, those who have already spoken out in support of international law and those who will in the future.

While those in Moscow hypocritically use the notion of “multipolarity” as a guise for their efforts to control the lives of other nations, we are creating a real instrument of true multipolarity and inviting the global majority to the Peace Summit. This majority must have a say and can bring just peace closer.

Ukrainians continue to take care of each other no matter what. Our rescuers in different regions of Ukraine work around the clock. They arrive at any time of the day at the sites of shelling, eliminate the consequences of the attacks, clear the rubble, extinguish fires, rescue people and provide psychological support. Saving lives is one of the most honorable missions. Thank you for your courage and commitment!
