@PLACEBOWORLD I get it but the at the Brighton gig in the seated balcony the security were over the top jumping on anyone who did get their phone out or stood up to dance. It was too authoritarian and we felt like kids at school who had to sit with hands on heads! Spoilt the gig for us.

@DVLAgovuk this is honestly ridiculous I’ve been trying to get through to speak to someone for over a month! I haven’t got time to sit and try your phone or web chat service all day every day. I have even put a complaint in and that seems to have been ignored.
