I also got a call from the Etihad representitive to ensure I received the baggage. Apart from the amazing flight experience, it was really nice of Etihad to deliver my baggage, that wasn't even checked in with Etihad.

I would like to thank Etihad airways for multiple reasons. Here is a short story of the wonderful experiece I had with Etihad, the past few weeks.I had planned to visit my family in India for summer vacation, with a quick stop in Geneva on the way. (1/n)

On the day of the baggage delivery, I was in constant contact with the Etihad staff. I had to wait for about two hours to get te customs clearance. My baggage was brought right to me outside of the Airport gates by the Etihad staff.
