#HKR1000 my mood track has taught me the importance of incorporating an activity I enjoy into everyday because a lot of my bad moods came from stress. Doing an activity I enjoy boosts my overall mood/ emotional wellness which helps me relax and have better focus on school work.
@PilgrimLesley I think this is a great strategy as advertising if very effective, especially when you see fast food! By not seeing the advertisements you’re less likely to want the “bad” food which makes it easier to stay on track with healthy eating! #HKR1000
