@StateFarm My HOA board has been trying for well over a month to get a copy of our insurance policy. We've encountered nothing but stalling, excuses and delays. This is completely ridiculous and we can't make any progress with our agent.

so damn sick of @FedExHelp not using the gate code THEY HAVE to deliver packages. Dog food, medicine, and wooden bee frames soaked in the rain. Why are you like this? It's a negligible effort to punch in the code and put pkgs on the porch at LEAST WHEN IT'S POURING DOWN RAIN!

@FedEx @FedExHelp what the hell? Delivery instructions on my acct are not what I entered months ago. No side door. No lockbox. Wrong code. Support can't tell me who/when/why it was updated. Lost another day on overnight pkg that should have been delivered on Friday. Do better.

@UPS Still 50/50 drivers using the gate code. Got a "sorry we missed you" email but never even tried the gate. Code's been in mychoice for over 1y. Now you're holding a case of wine till Mon. and it's still hot as hell in Texas so it will probably go bad. Fedex gets it :)

@FedExHelp how can I encourage drivers to deliver packages to the porch? They have the gate code and they usually use it for items that require a sig. Today- gate is open but a large pkg left on the inside of the gate. I know it's hot but it's only a short drive to the door.

@AmazonHelp I've had a gate code on our account for 2 years. 60% of the time the drivers actually use it and deliver to the door but 40% of the time deliveries are left outside of the gate, tossed on the inside of the gate or, a new one for today, hung on the gate.

@UPS r u purposely trying to destroy my wine? The timeline is bs, you have my gate code and have used it many. I set delivery to a UPS store yesterday after the "trying to get security access" nonsense, now delivery is delayed another day. Talk to your driver!
