@qatarairways All evidence for the damaged bag (priced at 1,695 SAR) has been sent. I reject Dammam airport’s $80 valuation and demand case DMM5174333 be escalated immediately to HQ in Doha for a final decision. Stop stalling.

@qatarairways تم تقديم جميع الإثباتات وصور التلف الهيكلي للحقيبة وإثبات الشراء بقيمة (1,695 ريال) عبر الإيميل. أرفض تقييم مطار الدمام وعرض الـ 80$ الزهيد. أطالب بتصعيد المطالبة رقم DMM5174333 فوراً إلى المقر الرئيسي في الدوحة (Customer Relations HQ) للبت فيها وإنهاء المماطلة.
