@British_Airways why is it every other company responded appropriately within a matter of days but, 5 months after having notified you of my mother's passing, you still continue to bombard our shared email account with sales pitches for the flights she should book? Disgraceful 😢
@British_Airways Yep, and as I’ve said, Customer Relations have been of no help. So this is what I’m coming to expect of BA, such a great shame and disappointment.
@British_Airways what sort of a response is this to a customer who has been bounced between your “Customer Support” and “Customer Relations” teams for almost a month with no team taking ownership for helping with my complaint? Is there anyone out there who can help? Thank you
@British_Airways Hi Laura, I have tried that but I keep getting non responses like the one I have shared with you, or told to phone 0344 493 0787 who tell me they cannot help and to reply to the email as you have, but no one actually helps. Can you help or is my only option to refer to CEDR?
