@united, I bet I've been on more delayed and screwed flights this year than on time ones. Its gotta be close. Now im on a flight that backed up early but now can't leave at all because of the plane next to us. Not even the plane im on. Your service is frustrating.

@united this is getting old. Last 3 trips had issues and now flight 4463 delayed 2 hrs because no crew? Somehow 5 minutes after boarding time when it's announced? Flights been scheduled for 6 months. Time to look for another airline to be loyal to. My time has value too.
@mcuban Says the man whose eyes light up when someone in the tank has high margins. Pricing one penny below "I'm not paying that" is smart business, not cheating. If competition exists, no one is raising prices and using tariffs as an excuse. Do better.
I've been held hostage all day by @united. 15 hr travel day for what should've been less than 4 hrs in the air. 3 flight changes. At least you saved money vs getting me a hotel since you won't reimburse the car I have to pay to get me from LGA to ABE. Send from LGA tarmac...still
