Meg on indoor ice yesterday for first time in about 3 months for 1 on 1s with her coach. She knew she missed it, did not realized HOW much she missed it! I’m not crying - you’re crying! Oh BTW she snagged that shot that was rifled at her right after the photo was taken!
Way to go Meg! POG with the game against Ft Sask. Stopping pucks and having fun!! This pic is from last week’s game against Chaos. Always enjoy watching you and your team play!! https://t.co/4qgRAKbJsf
Players: Whining, complaining, blaming others & feeling sorry for yourself won’t get you anywhere. If you don’t like your current situation, role or playing time, look at your habits. If you want change... work hard, smart & consistently. Work the right way & trust in your work!
Players: Without a consistent, productive off-season, there’s no such thing as a “break out” season. You can’t wait until the last minute to get in the gym or do a lot of talking but very little work. It takes commitment, dedication & time. If that’s not you, it’s not happening.
Congrats and good luck to Meghan Olsen who was selected for the USA Hockey Girls 15 National Camp this weekend.
If your player has any achievements or accomplishments (any sport, school, life) you'd like to share let us know! #leadersthroughsport#airdriesown@City_of_Airdrie
