2/ The Issues (Cont.) 🚨 › Feed Errors: Cross-origin blocks hid live pulls, and the feed sorting broke. › Queue Backlog: Launch buys vastly outpaced our image rendering rate limits. › Rarity Skew: Early slot distribution wasn't fully randomized, skewing heavily toward Commons.

3/ The Fixes 🛠️ ✅ Minting: Capsules now go directly to buyers. Early buys have been reconciled. ✅ Source of Truth: Art and data now pull from a single Vault manifest. Zero mismatches. ✅ Feed Logic: The app now properly streams READY cards and marks others ⏳ QUEUED.

Closing the loop on launch night.

Earlier, some capsules showed art that didn't match the name or tier beside it. We promised it was a queue artifact and that it would be resolved. It’s now resolved. Here is the honest detail on the fix.

What Was Actually Wrong 🔍 During the chaotic open, the slot data (player, nation, tier) and the rendered art were being pulled from different paths. The data said one player, but the art drew another. That’s why you saw clashes.

The Fix ⚙️ We rebuilt the system around a single source of truth: the Vault manifest. Every edition number maps to one fixed slot—one player, one nation, one tier. Now, both the data and the art are generated from that exact same slot. They physically cannot disagree.

We have re-aligned every already-minted capsule to the manifest. Every finished card in the feed now matches its own data—zero mismatches. New pulls automatically follow this aligned path.

How the Feed Reads Now 📡

› Live Mint Feed 🖼️: Shows only finished cards where art, name, nation, and tier are in perfect agreement. Click any card to verify it on-chain.
› In Queue ⏳: Shows capsules whose art is still rendering. You already own these; the picture is just catching up via a rate-limited queue that is steadily draining.
› Real Slot Numbers 🔢: The number on your card is its true edition in the 10,000-capsule Vault.

What You’re Seeing 🔍 Generating 1-of-1 pixel art for every capsule takes heavy compute. During our massive launch volume, buys outpaced art generation, creating a queue.

While your custom art renders, the app shows a placeholder.

Crucially: the capsule you own on-chain was never wrong. Your cNFT, edition, tier, and assigned player were permanently locked at mint. Only the visual artwork was catching up.

How We Fixed It ⚙️ We’ve migrated to a dedicated, rate-limited queue:
› Single Source of Truth 📌: Art is rendered straight from the Vault manifest. The image will never contradict on-chain data.
› Live Status 📡: Waiting capsules show as ⏳ QUEUED and automatically flip to the finished card the second it resolves.

It updates in real-time as new pulls land—no manual refresh needed. The wallet at the top wears the crown until someone out-pulls them.

🏛️ The Hall of Fame The rarest assets deserve a permanent archive. The Hall of Fame automatically collects every Mythic and Legendary capsule the precise moment it leaves the Vault. It displays the generated card art, nation, edition number, and the wallet that pulled it. Each entry links directly to the on-chain cNFT, ensuring total transparency and verifiable proof.

With only 150 Mythic and 50 Legendary slots available across the entire fixed supply, watching them get claimed one by one is half the thrill of the protocol.
