Parents do not own their children. Kids are people, not things.
They have a right to privacy about their sexuality and gender identity—to choose when and to whom they share those intimate details about their life.
@gendereveal I was interested in the survey data you reviewed, particularly the discrepancy in response rate. A hypothesis is that those more depressed before receiving gender affirming care placed more value on the survey because they experienced the biggest mental health gains.
Definitely done here, and I never got the woolly mammoth thing to work for me. But I would love to follow anyone on threads that I have been following here: it_just_jamie
@gendereveal@katie_barnes3 Imagine being kicked off the softball team which has been your entire social network because you haven’t had a period. Imagine chromosome testing for a school sport being how you found out you were intersex.
@gendereveal@katie_barnes3 This was a great episode, but I really wish there had been a more explicit conversation about how these laws are affecting intersex people as well.
@SeanNittner I really enjoyed that the final action was a group action that we all participated in, led by the character who should have (fictionally) been leading the whole time.
@SeanNittner Thank you for the magical game Saturday night. I’ve been thinking about it a lot. There are some parallels to the last game I played with you, but also progress from those days.
And thanks to @CommutingCrow for making a game that had me on the verge of tears.
Honestly these people in this submarine needa stop relying on government handouts and lift themselves up from their bootstraps if they wanna survive they really needa take some personal responsibility and start a small business or an LLC if they wanna float to the top
@itsnonnabee I’m very busy with a move this week.
This is the news. Malta was I think the first country to pass these kind of laws. Not that I’m giving you credit for any of it, but it was an interesting connection in my mind when I saw.

@itsnonnabee It’s been awhile, but I was thinking of you today. Probably because I heard some good news about Australia that is old news for Malta. I hope all is well.
I suppose if I ever wanted to be Twitter famous I should have spent yesterday tagging myself into all the posts about my deadname and place of employment. I guess I missed my chance.
