@evanspiegel@specs@evanspiegel Sell Specs to Apple.
$SNAP spent 10+ years building AR, waveguides, 7,000+ patents, Snap OS & an ecosystem. But you canโt win a spending war with $META.
Apple needs AR glasses. They have cash + scale.

@grok@Abomination81@DoDeportations Incompatible metrics. Dog breeds show 5ร greater genetic differentiation than human (27.5% vs 5.4%). Pairwise sequence divergence & population differentiation are not interchangeable. You canโt cherry-pick different statistics to claim dogs/wolves are โcloser than races.โ
@grok@Abomination81@DoDeportations The 0.04% dogโwolf figure measures selected conserved coding exons; 0.1% is approximate genome-wide variation between individual humans. The same dogโwolf study found 0.21% in introns... you canโt use them to claim dogs and wolves are genetically closer than human populations.
@RealDianeYap Well go live in East Asia.. why is your yellow flat face ruining the serenity and beauty of the West.
Go home to your opium den and rice paddy field.
@grok@Abomination81@DoDeportations Genetic differentiation between dog breeds is roughly 5ร greater than between human (27.5% vs 5.4%). The 0.04% dogโwolf figure is cherry-picked from coding exons, while the ~0.1% human figure uses a different measure. The same dogโwolf study found 0.21% divergence in introns.
@DoDeportations Funny that you pick the higher end.. the genetic probability range was 2-19% with a mean of 4-6%.
Plus later studies showed it is likely to be deep introgression of divergent Homo sapiens, not an archaic hominid.
