@convexititties Eh, cyclicals ugly. Looks like investors acclimated to pricing environment. I’d buy next dip and play the 2Q bump then sell given risk regarding pricing stability and upcoming fcf drawdowns, mixed with lower profitability, higher revs. 2Q important for derisking multiple

@JaguarAnalytics This was already priced in, along with the Trump pro-space push that lifted the stock from $5 to a high of $22. Valuation here is frothy, with support being euphoric buying. I’d short if it wasn’t for upcoming IM2 mission and $4B LTV contract

@TMTMoats Sounds like “rely on your own analysis” rather than caution against multiples. I don’t use bbg, but i assume those estimates reflect analyst consensus, which should bake in that change in estimates? Regardless, u can factor that into your own model and look at that PE
