Chelsea’s average age is 22.5 years. We are playing U23 in the men's league. Lack of maturity like today will always show.

My fear is, that Chelsea is the last club you wish to carry out this kind of project because fans and media won't care about context when reacting to instability in results due to the age of the squad.

We can't control or change the thoughts of fans who are used to winning games and will face being ridiculed for Chelsea’s poor results by rival fans.

However, it's already done, the only way is to keep calm, improve the players and keep working to find the right balance in attack and defence. And hopefully, the toxicity won't be too much to affect the players.
