1. If the cheques are not delivered, what action is the bank taking in this case?
2. What action is being taken regarding the lack of support and poor customer handling at the branch?

@ICICIBank need your attention. Deposited cheques at Airoli branch and visited 4 times for return collection, but no support. Staff behavior is unacceptable. Kindly intervene and resolve this at the earliest.
