A special delivery was posted Tuesday morning obviously expected to arrive yesterday before 1pm. It never arrived. Today is Thursday l, never arrived. Tracking has not updated since "Sender preparing item". I want some help because this is important.

@boostpoweruk your customer service is a joke. One staff tells me one thing, another says that’s wrong. I’ve called THREE times today and the call gets cut off. I specifically asked the last person to call me back if it fails cos I’m sick of it. Did she? No.
