You built a 300+ hour MBA-equivalent program and deliberately never sought accreditation for it, on the belief that accrediting bodies push theory over real skills. That's a genuinely unusual call for something built at that scale.
Not sure if that decision ever cost you students who wanted the accredited label, or if it's turned out to be a non-issue.
woahhh! that's insane. You also said you write so specific to your own life that it genuinely surprises you when people tell you "are we living the same life?" after hearing it. That's a strange thing to have happen with lyrics that personal.
Not sure if that keeps happening more as your audience grows, or if it was more of a one-off early on.
You said you dug deep into what it means to be Ghanaian but also Black British while making GHANAMUSTGO, at home you're called a foreigner, in the UK you're told you're not British. That's a real, specific tension to build a whole album around, not just a talking point.
Not sure if putting that into the music actually made that feeling easier to carry, or if it's still something you're working through even after finishing the project.
I believe that once you dedicate yourself to something that requires you to stay focused/determined. Everything else in your life will automatically get that boost as well.

@seannwalsh The Jill Scott’s episode apparently had you crying on your own show. Most hosts would never let a moment like that stay in, let alone talk about it.
Not sure what part of her story actually got you, or if that’s happened on the show before and this one just made it public.
@StephenTries 1.2 million people watch your main YT channel, but the white noise podcast sits at a fraction of that. That's wild given how much you clearly put into it every week.
Curious what keeps you coming back to it every week, feels like there's more to it than the numbers.
326K TikTok followers and 14M likes for a podcast that's basically a comedy club's side project?! That's genuinely impressive, most club podcasts stay pretty niche.
Not sure if that scale surprised you at some point, or if it felt inevitable given how the club's crowd already shows up for you two.
@FinTaylorcomedy Respect for walking away from your agent to be directly funded by your audience through Patreon instead. That takes real conviction, most people at your level go the other way.
Not sure if that was about creative control, or just not wanting a cut taken out of everything.
22 years old, dropped the university / 9-5 route, started investing/building for myself instead.
These are the habits I had to catch myself doing first.
I post what’s working and what isn’t. Follow if you’re doing the same thing.
