If anyone wants to actively do something about this, I am currently suing the City of New York, and ironically their Commission on Human Rights, for anti-white discrimination. I am pro se in federal court and completely outgunned. If you know a lawyer willing to help pro bono or on a contingency basis, please DM me.

The saddest part of this is, I was simply seeking CCHR’s protection for my disability rights. They refused to help me. And ultimately made it clear that I did not qualify for their protection because I was “not a minority”.

A friend pointed out the other day that the census is showing that whites are actually about to become a minority race in NYC … and already are in some other cities. So, what will the new politically correct phrasing be when you want to exclude white people, but can’t use the term minority any longer?

And the craziest part of this whole thing is, the discrimination claim survived dismissal, while my disability rights related claims were dismissed in my federal lawsuit against the city. The judge basically told me in her order that the city … and also the state … are not required to enforce federal disability law. It’s up to me to privately police any violation… even if I can’t afford a lawyer to do so.

As it stand the discrimination claim is my only bargaining chip to force the city to enforce my disability claims. If I lose this case I will just have to live being continually abused and being cause unnecessary pain because of the violations of those rights.

I’ve attached two pages of an order from the judge explaining what I am facing. And while the order is a year old, the case is crawling through one pre-trial motion after another. I am currently waiting on the decision of another one right now.

You will see the excerpt from the order mentions claims against the police. When I told CCHR I was going to sue them for discrimination, they called the police and SWATed me. I was dragged out of my apartment in handcuffs … but not arrested … taken for a psychiatric evaluation! If you think being falsely arrested is terrifying, try being taken to a psych ward. You have NO rights… no phone call … no lawyer … they can do ANYTHING they want to you. That is real terror! I tried explaining to the police that they had been sent on a mission of retaliation by CCHR, but they refused to listen and brutalize me as if I were a criminal.

Contributing factors of my disability are a traumatic brain injury and a chronic vertebral fracture in my thoracic spine. I told the police this, yet I was strapped into a “chair” transport device. When they leaned me backward to roll it on two wheel the handcuffs dug into my broken back. I screamed in pain and cried begging them to stop. I was ignored and treated like an animal. So, while I generally support the police. What was done to me … as a retaliatory act by the city … is disgusting and has to be addressed.
