In todays gm post, I want to talk about burnout and the triggers that cause it.

Have you ever felt like you just don’t want to do anything? Just endlessly scrolling X, liking and reposting into the void. Your eyes and brain can't focus, and you don’t even feel like reading quality content or engaging with your online friends. That’s called burnout. Sometimes it’s temporary, but for others, recovery can take weeks, months, or even years.

So, what are the triggers for me personally?
I’ve noticed several times that I feel burnt out right after accomplishing a goal—whether it’s completing a long-term or short-term task. Some people will say: “You’ve done it, you should be proud! Now keep going at the same pace, you’ve cracked the algorithm.”
Yes, everything they say is true. But I still feel exhausted. Motivation usually comes back only after some rest.

Everyone says weekends are for rest, family, friends, touching grass, and so on. But for many of us, weekends are the only days we can really sit down and study, create content, or support and engage with our online communities.
Most of us work office jobs from 8 to 17, then come home and create content from 17 to 24. Add kids, family time, home stuff, socializing, beer. Fam, its tough.
So when someone says, “Bro, you’re not as active as you used to be” it hits hard.
