Even the most noisy thing is that, we have booked the consignment through "Air Premium" and the package is getting shipped by road? Is this the business ethics??

This is truly a bitter experience getting from DTDC service and the commitments towards customer service. Why there is no update and transparency while doing business. Who would we trust then? Need immediate care.
